Services and Products
Having worked with many different companies all across the lower mainland, we have created an excellent process of forming and maintaining successful relationships with contractors and their clients. We make sure everyone involved is excited and pleased, not only with the final result, but also with the entire working experience. We like to ensure that our clients are not left in the dark, and we work hard to educate our clients through the process.
We have two main categories of services: Decorative and Preparation.
Decorative
Hand Troweled Micro Cements:
This method is for "unpolishable" concrete floors, and other substrates like tile and plywood that you would like to cover to look like a beautiful concrete floor. The process is very simple, we apply by hand 2-3 thin layers (roughly 3mm finished thickness) to the surface. Because the micro cement is so then it is much more resistant to cracks. Once its finished it is just a durable as a normal concrete floor when sealed properly.
Concrete countertops & Fireplaces
Using our custom micro cements we can go over almost any existing countertop surface to create a beautiful concrete finish. Fireplaces are the same weather its old tile that you want to update or is new construction we can achieve seamless concrete fireplaces that look amazing.
Polished Concrete
Using diamond abrasives we are able to mechanically grind and polish your concrete floor. Using the concrete floor you already have we can grind to any exposure and sheen so that you will have a one of a kind floor.
Preparation
Slab Preperation:
Using large Grinding machines with diamond abrasive tools we are able to grind concrete to a need profile for the finished flooring. As well as concrete grinding, we can remove thin-set glue and paint in preparation for your flooring needs.
Leveling:
Using a combination of diamond abrasives on walk behind grinding machines we can quickly remove high spots to flatten your floors quickly and cost effectively. If you have major low spots we can build them up with leveler which will reduce material and weight on the floors as an alternative to flooding the floors with leveler.
Alternatively, if the floors do require the entire substrate being raised to level we can solely use self leveler to completely flood floors to bring them up to a flat level surface for whatever flooring specs and required.
Concrete Wall and Pillar Prep:
Removing paints and adhesives to expose bare concrete for new treatments such as polishing, skimming and sealing.
